Acceptable Use Policy

• Broadcast material that is illegal where you are or where we operate.
• Broadcast content depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. We report this to the relevant authorities without exception and without notice.
• Broadcast content you do not hold the rights to, including re-broadcasting someone else's live stream, film or match.
• Incite violence against a person or group, or coordinate harassment.
• Attempt to bypass a platform's own restrictions, including publishing to an account you do not control or evading a platform ban.
• Attack the service or another customer, including attempting to reach another workspace's data, saturating shared capacity, or probing for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Resell relay capacity as your own service without a written agreement with us.

Report a breach of this policy to legal@streamer.ge with the workspace or broadcast concerned and what you saw. We review every report.

Depending on severity we may contact the account, stop a live broadcast, suspend the workspace, or close the account. A live broadcast is only ever stopped by named staff, and every such action is recorded in the audit log with a reason.

Where the law requires it we cooperate with a valid legal request, and we tell the affected customer unless we are prohibited from doing so.
