Deleting your data
Last updated 2026-10-20
How to remove your data, exactly what goes, and when.
Deleting individual things
Most data can be removed without involving us at all.
- A connected platform account: Destinations, then disconnect. The stored access and refresh tokens are deleted with it.
- A custom RTMP destination, including its encrypted stream key: Destinations, then remove.
- An API key: Settings, API keys, then revoke. It stops working immediately.
- A signed-in device: Settings, Security. Revoking a session ends it at once.
Deleting a workspace
An owner can delete a workspace from Settings, Workspace, by typing its name. Every destination, broadcast record, API key and webhook in it goes with it. Members lose access immediately.
A workspace with a broadcast currently running cannot be deleted; stop it first, so nobody's live stream ends without warning.
Deleting your account
Settings, Profile, then delete, confirming with your own email address. Your account is deactivated at once and every session is revoked.
Fourteen days later the deletion becomes permanent: the account and the workspaces you solely own are removed, and any subscription is cancelled. Within those fourteen days, write to us and we can restore it.
Audit entries survive in a form that no longer identifies you, because they also record what happened to other people's data.
Data already published
We cannot delete a broadcast from YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch or anywhere else you published to. Those copies belong to those platforms and you must remove them there.
Asking us
If you would rather we did it, or you want a copy of everything we hold first, write to info@streamer.ge from the address on the account. We respond within thirty days.
Questions about this document go to info@streamer.ge. Streamer Hub is established in Georgia, 88 Ivane Javakhishvili St, Tbilisi, Georgia.
