Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-08-21
The agreement between you and us. It covers what the service does, what you are responsible for, and how either side can end the arrangement.
What the service does
Individual Entrepreneur Darejan Natelashvili accepts a single live video stream from you and relays it to the destinations you select. We do not host a public audience, sell advertising against your content, or make your broadcast available to anyone you have not published it to.
Recordings, clips and analytics are produced from streams you send us, at your instruction.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite to your workspace and by anyone holding an API key or ingest key you created.
Ingest keys and stream keys are credentials. If one is exposed, rotate it. We provide a rotate control on the OBS setup page for exactly this.
Your content
You keep every right you have in what you broadcast. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to receive your stream, relay it to the destinations you chose, and store recordings and clips you asked us to make.
That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the deletion timeline in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party platforms
YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, Kick, LinkedIn and any other destination are independent services with their own terms. Publishing through us does not change your relationship with them.
Some platforms restrict third-party publishing and require review, verification or an invitation before an application may create broadcasts on their behalf. Where that is the case we say so in the product rather than after you have paid. We cannot guarantee access to a platform that has not granted it.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running and we design for one destination failing without taking the others down. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not able to guarantee the availability of a platform we do not operate.
Planned maintenance that affects streaming is announced in advance where we can.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the interval you chose. Plan limits apply from the moment a change takes effect.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges and your workspace returns to the free plan at the end of the paid period. We do not refund a period that has already started unless the law where you are requires it.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time from Settings.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, that we are legally required to act on, or that is being used in a way that endangers the service for other customers. Where we can, we tell you why and give you an opportunity to fix it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost viewers or lost content that you did not ask us to store.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
