How to tell us about infringing material and how to dispute a removal.
Our position
We are a relay. We do not host a public audience and we do not make your content available to viewers ourselves; the destination platforms do. If content is infringing, the platform hosting it usually has the faster remedy.
That said, we act on valid notices about recordings and clips stored with us, and about accounts using our service to distribute infringing material.
Sending a notice
Send to legal@streamer.ge. A valid notice includes all of the following.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- Identification of the material and enough information for us to find it.
- Your contact details.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
Counter notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter notice with your signature, identification of the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
We forward it to the complainant. If they do not file an action within the statutory period, we restore the material.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid notices are closed.
